4. When will my credit card be charged?
  Credit cards are charged at the time of the order, before the order is shipped out.
5. Has my order been shipped?
  You can check on the status of your order by clicking on Order Status or by clicking on the link on your order confirmation e-mail to review your order.  Normally, a tracking number is not available until late in the day that you ordered, and possibly, on the next day.  In general, if your order is received after 2:00 PM Eastern Time, it most likely will ship the following day, due to warehouse operations procedures.  If you have any concerns, you can reach us via the information on the "Contact Us" page.  We pride ourselves on personal and prompt responses to customer inquiries.
6. How do I track my order?
  If a tracking number is assigned to your order, you can track the order by logging in to the Order Status and reviewing your order.
7. I forgot my account password. How do I retrieve it?
  If you forgot your password, you can retrieve it by clicking on the Forgot Password link on the Order Status page or during the checkout process while placing a new order.

  We regret that at this time, Alison Raffaele Cosmetics ships only within the contiguous 48 states, Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping international and to US territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam is not available at this time.

Orders within the 48 US States ship via UPS Ground. UPS requires a valid street address to deliver your order. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box.

Orders to Hawaii and Alaska ship via USPS Priority Mail. Orders to Canada ship via USPS Global Priority Mail. offers free shipping on all orders $75 or over (excluding taxes). collects tax on all shipments to New Jersey.
